How we work with you

The Winecause system is very simple, here’s how it works:

We develop, in consultation with yourself, a new website (or adapt your existing website) and manage it for you.
We make sure the information is presented consistently and up-to-date. Information is gathered by you and forwarded to us for input.
We also make weekly backups of the data and install any software upgrades that may be required.
We'll also work with you to continue keeping the site fresh and will from time to time suggest marketing ideas or discuss your marketing ideas with you.
We manage your email list including formatting and sending of email newsletters in consultation with yourself.
As sales are made, the orders are processed through your websites e-commerce system including real-time credit card processing if you are registered as an online merchant with your bank. Orders are sent directly to you via email for fulfillment. You have complete order management through your online system including generating invoices, packing slips and automatic email notifications to your customers - we aim to greatly simplify the process of not only maintaining your online presence, but also selling your wine.
